Job Description

Our client ISP (Internet Service Provider) is looking seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide information about their internet services. You will also contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Minimum Qualification: Certificate
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Patience and a customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of internet technologies is a plus.

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.


Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide information on the company’s internet services, plans, and pricing.

• Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting internet connections and related equipment.

• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs.

• Stay up to date on the clients services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
