Territory Sales Representative - Proto Energy


 Location: Kakamega, Kisii

Qualifications

  • At least a college certificate /Diploma 
  • 1 years experience in sales/marketing  
  • Valid certificate of good conduct 
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency  
  • Good spoken and written English and Kiswahili 
  • Certificate of good conduct 
  • Capable of using a smartphone 

Job role

  • Ensure quick resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintaining personal cleanliness and a professional appearance is essential as it contributes to a positive and respectful work environment. 
  • Supply sales management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential aspects to improve sales within the assigned Territory. 
  • Ensure sales targets assigned, in terms of market growth on Territories assigned are attained.  
  • Introduce at least 5 new customers to the business every week.  
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with existing customers. 
  • Achieve Targets  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Any other duty as will be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
