Job role
- Ensure quick resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining personal cleanliness and a professional appearance is essential as it contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Supply sales management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential aspects to improve sales within the assigned Territory.
- Ensure sales targets assigned, in terms of market growth on Territories assigned are attained.
- Introduce at least 5 new customers to the business every week.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve Targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Any other duty as will be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
