We are a high-end beachfront apartment hotel located in the serene area of Shanzu, Mombasa. We pride ourselves on offering world-class services to our guests, focusing on personalized experiences and customer satisfaction. We are looking for 3 experienced and dynamic receptionists to join our front office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming guests, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process guest bookings and payments using our booking system.
- Manage online reservations through OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia).
- Upsell hotel services and travel packages to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OTA platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Proficient in booking software and front office systems.
- Ability to sell hotel services and travel packages.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle guest complaints with ease.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is an added advantage.
