Milk Graders -  Githunguri Dairy

Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd plays a key role in marketing of its member’s milk which is processed and packed in form of pouch-packed fresh milk, Tetra Classic fresh milk, lala, butter, ghee and cream under the flagship of “Fresha Dairy Products”.

In keeping with our current business needs and growing need to support our members through the grading of quality raw milk, we are looking for skilled and experienced Milk Graders to join our dynamic team.

Job Role

To receive, grade and take a record of milk delivered by members to ensure a high-quality standard of milk is received by the society and delivered to the processing plant

Qualifications, experience and competencies 

• K.C.S.E. certificate minimum aggregate C- (minus) or its equivalent 
• Certificate in Dairy Technology from Dairy Training Institute or its equivalent 
• Valid certificate of good conduct  
• Updated health certificate from the Ministry of Public Health, 
• Must be prepared to work in a shift arrangement. 
• Experience in food handling and computer literacy is an added advantage 
• 24-35 years of age.
