Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Inventory management and control; ensure optimal inventory levels are in place by closely monitoring movement and replenishments as needed.
  • Managing overstocking and obsolesce; advising management accordingly to mitigate such risks.
  • Warehouse organization; ensuring warehouse layout is optimized, stock is stored in correct locations in a tidy and neat manner to facilitate quick and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Ensure the safety & security of inventory, timely escalation of any issues related to security concerns.
  • Facilitate order picking and processing within given time, managing order SLAs.
  • Coordinates transfer of inventory between various departments/locations as required
  • Overseeing receiving and dispatching process for shipments within given procedures & processes.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders regarding order, inventory & logistics related questions and troubleshoot problems.
  • Liaising with government regulators e.g. Poisons Board for permits and other documentation processing
  • Planning and organizing cycle counts & subsequent reconciliation as per group guidelines
  • Ensuring strict adherence to laid down processes and procedures; all inventory movement in and out of the warehouse are posted as required, all purchase orders are processed in accordance with procedures.
  • Schedule & oversee the warehouse staff i.e. pickers, dispatch staff and the riders ensuring adherence to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and analyze accurate reports in a timely manner e.g. KPIs, inventory status reports
  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned

 

Key Requirements to Apply:

 

  • Educational Background in Bachelor’s Degree BSc/ BA in logistics, or a relevant field; relevant qualifications (e.g., CPIM) will be a plus
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
